A teacher's life
Indra's has changed since she becomes a teacher. Life as a teacher is so so so tough, not an easy job. Personally, I think she's so "lucky" to be the form teacher of the very last class of the level (the most notorious class). she has to face nonsense problems from her problematic kids. Kids with psychological illness such as autistic, hyper active, short attention span and etc.
This morning assembly (7.30am), a student of hers fainted and Indra had to carry her to the staff room. Thank God that the little girl is only 20kg. For your information, this little girl is 10 years old and she's underweight. She skip dinner last night, slept for 3 hours and skip her breakfast before going to school.
Being her form teacher, Indra has to call the parent. Great! no one answered. She has no other alternative but to leave a message for the mother through the voice mail. 9am, finally, the mother returned call.(Mind you, she sounded like just got out of her bed.) Knowning her daughter condition, the mother insisted that she's UNABLE to fetch her daughter. Instead, she left her ill daughter in the care of her elder son who happended to study in the same school as the girl. Guess what, the brother whined and refused to send the sister back home. This little brat left the school without the sister! Poor Indra has searched for the brother like a mad woman and forced the brother accompanied the sister home.
I wonder what kind of parent she is. Your own daughter has fainted and you, being a mother, doesn't bother at all. Search for your conscience, mother. A teacher responsibilities and capabilties are limited. They are not wonderwomen nor supermen. They are just human beings just like you and me. If you feel that you are unable to carry out parenthood responsibilities, then don't give birth to them. BE A RESPONDSIBLE MOTHER.
